A 52-year-old female sought a smaller breast reduction and underwent liposuction of her flanks and breasts, resulting in a cup size reduction and a more aesthetically pleasing breast shape. She is five weeks post-op from the breast lift/reduction surgery, along with Vaser liposuction of the flanks.
